Meet Yolanda,
Your New Life Saver

Baltimore native, Yolanda E. Brooks has been an Executive Assistant Expert for over 30 years. She has been the backbone for many well-known companies including MedStar Health, Erickson Retirement Communities, Cigna, and Office Depot just to name a few. Her many years of supporting these companies and other individuals led to the birth of “Yolanda the PA”.

Supporting others is not a role that everyone is not humble enough to do. Yolanda recognizes that serving others is not just something that she does well, but it is a gift from GOD. One of Yolanda’s favorite bible verses is I Corinthians 12:5 “And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord”. She has always had the mindset of serving others, which sets her apart from other individuals in the industry. Yolanda takes pride in assisting clients with their needs whether it’s a one-day service such as a personal shopper, or a long-term project. All services are provided with passion and the drive to eliminate stress from her clients to ensure a relationship of longevity.

Yolanda is the CEO/Owner of several businesses: Yolanda the PA, Immense Mobile Notary Services, and MyChaTa’ Boutique. She provides immaculate luxe services ranging from expert organization to door-to-door notary services to event coordination.

Immense Mobile Notary Services

A notary public is licensed to witness the signature of certain documents and verify the signature for legal purposes. Under Maryland law, a notary public can:

Take an acknowledgment of a record;
Take a verification on oath or affirmation of a statement;
Witness or attest to a signature;
Certify or attest a copy of a record or an item that was copied;
Certify that a tangible copy of an electronic record is an accurate copy of the electronic record; and
Make or note a protest of a negotiable instrument in accordance with § 3–505(b) of the Commercial Law Article.
